Resource operations plan
The Minister for Natural Resources and Water released the Georgina and Diamantina Resource Operations Plan in July 2006 following a period of consultation and review that began with the release of a draft plan in September 2005. Explanatory notes (PDF, 225 kB)* accompany the plan.
Water resource plan
The Water Resource (Georgina and Diamantina) Plan 2004 (listed under the Water Act 2000 ) was approved on 5 August 2004.
