Rural water pricing for SunWater schemes
SunWater is a government-owned corporation that owns and operates water supply schemes across regional Queensland.
The new pricing policy outlines rural irrigation water prices and local management arrangements. New rural water prices in SunWater schemes will be based on this policy. Read more about the rural water pricing for SunWater schemes.
Water trading
Water trading means buying or selling a water entitlement or water that is available to be taken under a water entitlement. Permanent trading of water allocations has begun in Queensland. Read more about water trading.
