Policy
The Department of Natural Resources and Water (NRW) develops workable policies and procedures to ensure the fairness and validity of government dealings over land and waters where native title may exist.
We also provide training to government employees on native title to ensure compliance with the requirements of the Commonwealth and state native title legislation.
