  • photographic services
  • cadastral and topographic data and maps.

Surveying activities include:

  • maintaining the geodetic network for the fundamental referencing of geographic position and spatial information in the state
  • maintaining computer information systems that are the basis of all survey activities
  • establishing the standards for surveying in Queensland.

  • providing astronomical information about the sun, stars, moon and planets.
