Code of Conduct
The Code of Conduct outlines the department's responsibilities and obligations, and those of its staff, as employees of the Department of Natural Resources and Water, and as public sector employees under the requirements of the Public Sector Ethics Act 1994. The code provides guidance for the department and employees when there is an ethical dilemma or possible conflict of interest.
